Rachel Pack
Founder & Instructor
The way she focuses on growth instead of perfection makes lessons feel so much more comfortable and less stressful than other coaches I’ve had in the past. She’s really a one-stop shop for anything you might be having trouble with in your performance.

Rachel Pack has dedicated her life to helping others find confidence in their musical skills. A passionate musician and educator, Rachel grew up singing for fun with her mother, which sparked a lifelong love for music and performance. By the time she reached middle school, her choir teachers recognized her talent and leadership potential, encouraging her to lead section rehearsals and eventually direct choirs. This early experience laid the foundation for what would become a fulfilling career in music education.
Rachel Pack began taking voice lessons in the 7th grade, an experience that deepened her appreciation for learning and the technical aspects of singing. Over twelve years of study, she not only honed her own skills but developed a passion for teaching others. This drive eventually led her to become a choir teacher in public schools, where she could inspire young singers just as her teachers had inspired her.
Rachel’s journey into barbershop singing began in high school, where she was introduced to the art form by her choir teacher. Her first experience singing tags in class and performing with guest barbershop ensembles ignited a new passion. Rachel attended Harmony Explosion Northwest (barbershop summer camp), where she began as a student and ultimately worked her way up to becoming one of two musical co-clinicians. In 2012, she joined her first barbershop quartet, and by 2017, she was a top ten international quartet competitor with her group Renegade, which placed 8th at International in both 2018 and 2019.
As a seasoned barbershop singer and champion-winning chorus director, Rachel Pack brings a wealth of experience to her voice lessons. Her background in competitive singing and directing has shaped her approach to teaching, which blends technical precision with emotional storytelling. Whether she’s coaching students on pitch accuracy or helping them connect deeply with their music, Rachel’s goal is to create a safe, encouraging space where singers of all levels can grow and thrive.
Rachel’s voice lessons focus specifically on barbershop and Sweet Adeline singers. She understands the unique challenges and joys of this style and tailors her coaching to meet the needs of each individual student. From breathing techniques and alignment to emotional expression and confidence building, Rachel Pack’s voice lessons are designed to help singers excel in every aspect of their performance.
In addition to her extensive practical experience, Rachel Pack holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education with an emphasis in choral music and a Master’s degree in Education with an emphasis in learning and technology. Her formal education, combined with years of professional performance and teaching, makes Rachel a trusted expert in voice lessons for barbershop singers.
